Founder, Tax Advisor & Housing Counselor
Donte is passionate about helping others achieve financial peace. With a love for personal finance and sports, he brings over a decade of experience in banking and tax services, along with a unique background working with multiple sports teams.
He began his tax career in 2014 by volunteering with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and has been dedicated to the field ever since. He proudly serves with the Accounting Aid Society, providing valuable support to his community.
Additionally, he is a Certified Housing Counselor through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), assisting individuals and families in achieving their homeownership and financial goals.
Academically, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Sport Management from Eastern Michigan University, as well as an associate degree in Accounting, further strengthening his expertise in financial matters.

Jandia is a seasoned accounting and tax professional with over 15 years of experience, bringing her expertise to some of the most respected organizations in the industry, including Intuit, Ernst & Young, and Hamilton Anderson. Her career reflects a deep commitment to excellence and innovation in financial management and advisory services.
Academically, she holds a bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Controllership Accounting, as well as an MBA in Business Administration, all earned from the prestigious University of Michigan. Her robust educational background has equipped her with the skills to navigate complex financial landscapes and deliver exceptional results for her clients and employers.
Her dedication extends beyond her professional endeavors; she is deeply committed to empowering others by sharing her knowledge and helping them achieve financial stability and growth.
